Victoria Valley Distillery was established in 2007 to build on the
success of the Australian whisky industry and develop production
capacity to serve a growing Australian and international premium whisky
market.
Established by Lark Distillery Pty Ltd and
private investors, our primary goal is to combine world-renowned
Australian grains, time honored distillation techniques and innovative
processes to produce a world class whisky portfolio.
In December 2008, the Company acquired proven and tested distillery infrastructure that enabled it
to produce up to 20,000 cases of whisky per annum. This, along with the
expertise of our founding shareholder Lark Distillery, puts it in an
enviable position to be able to produce initial quantities of whisky
with a focus on quality that produces world class results. Since then the company
has upgraded the infrastructure with abitious targets for both
Australian and International consumption of the product.
The Company aims to produce a range of premium whiskies under a single
umbrella brand: initially focussing on a premium malt whisky portfolio
while creating a uniquely Australian whisky style to spearhead a new
flavour.

commitment to great tasting whisky and an understanding of premium
whisky trends in international markets, we have the necessary skills
